Page 4 of the Residential Sale Contract, paragraph 7, gives the buyer the right to obtain certain inspection reports. Refer to the Residential Sale Contract for specific terms regarding inspections. Companies or individuals offering inspection services are listed below in random order. This is not a complete list; there may be others available.

You may choose to review the language in paragraph 7 with the inspector to be certain you and the inspector understand its meaning.

In suggesting the names of one or more inspectors, neither the Realtor® nor any of its agents or subagents makes any warranty, representation or guarantee as to correctness or adequacy of the inspection report to be made. We do hereby agree to hold the real estate brokerage, and any of its agents and subagents harmless and to indemnify and defend them against any and all claims in connection with the selection of the inspector, the report of said inspector, and any work that might be performed by that inspector.
